To unlock the ability to search our partner networks you must verify your identity again when there has been a change to your demographics.

To unlock the ability to search our partner networks you must verify your identity again when there has been a change to your demographics. Once your identity is confirmed through identity proofing any change to your demographic information will affect your status, and how we search and retrieve your medical records. 

You will be asked to verify and authenticate again if you want to use the search flow to find your records on the national and state networks.
