If you would like to reset your password follow these four simple steps:
Open a web browser and navigate to https://my.onerecord.com
Click the "Forgot Password?" link
Enter your email address in the "Forgot your password" field
Click the 'Submit' button
Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

If you receive a link to reset your password in error, and are concerned about the security of your account, please contact support immediately.
