You've made a step in the right direction to setting up your OneRecord and managing your health records but it looks like we weren't able to pull back your information in time. We're sorry for this experience.

The top three reasons are:

  1. The OAuth server timed out.

  2. Your internet connection timed out.

  3. You have so much data that we have to try again!
