If you can no longer remember your password please click the link for 'Forgot password' on the 'Log in' page to reset your password.
Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long, with uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number, and one of these special characters: ~!@#$%^*&;?.+_
Open a web browser and navigate to https://my.onerecord.com
Click the "Forgot Password?" link
Enter your email address in the "Forgot your password" field
Click the 'Submit' button
Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.
