What is OneRecord?

OneRecord is a platform that puts you at the center of your health care by giving you access and ownership of your medical records and health information from all your different health systems and doctors in one place. Basically, OneRecords puts all of your medical records in one place no matter the device.

How much does OneRecord cost?

While premium services may start in the future, there will always be a free version of OneRecord.

What do I need to create an account?

Creating a OneRecord account is easy! Follow the steps for your platform below.

Android: Visit Onerecord.com from a mobile browser and select the sign-up link in the top right corner.

*If you have the OneRecord app from the Google Playstore, you can start sign-up from the app.

  • Create an account by following the 6 step process, in which you will create a username, password and need an email address and mobile phone number.

IOS: Visit Onerecord.com from a mobile browser and select the sign up link in the top right corner.

*If you have the OneRecord app from the IOS App Store, you can start sign-up from the app.

  • Create an account by following the 6 step process, in which you will create a username, password and need an email address and mobile phone number.

Desktop: Visit My.Onerecord.com/signup from a browser window and select the sign up link in the top right corner.

Can I delete my account at any time?

You can delete your OneRecord account at any time. When you delete your account all of your data will be purged and your account will no longer be accessible permanently. f you would like to resume your OneRecord experience after deleting an account, you will need to start by creating a new account by signing up and reconnect your patient portals and insurance as well as upload any documents you'd like to hold onto.

What if I forgot my username?

In the event that you do not remember your username for your OneRecord account you have the ability to get your username sent to you by following the below steps:

  • While on the Log in page select the Forgot username button link.

  • Enter the email used for your OneRecord account.

  • Click the submit button

Shortly you will receive an email containing the username needed to log in. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or try again.

What if I forgot my password?

In the event you do not remember your password for your OneRecord account, you have the ability to reset your password by following the below steps:

  • While on the Log in page select the Forgot password button link.

  • Enter the username used for your OneRecord account

  • Click the submit Button.

Shortly you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or try again.

How do I change my password on OneRecord?

You can change your password for your OneRecord account by following the below steps:

  • Navigate to your account Settings page

  • Select the change My password link in your Account summary

  • You will be redirected to a page to change the password.

Once these changes have been saved you will need to use your updated password to log into your OneRecord account.

What is the difference between OneRecord and my patient portal?

Your OneRecord account is what is used to store and display your records, however you need to connect to a patient portal to get these pulled into your OneRecord account. This means that your OneRecord and patient portal are two different accounts. Once logged into your OneRecord account you will need to search for your health system, provider network or provider and connect to them via a private login and authorize OneRecord to access your data. Once this is completed OneRecord will start to pull your data into your account for you to review and manage in one secure place.

*If you see any discrepancies with your health records and the Data included, you will need to contact your provider regarding this.
