To update your demographic information follow these steps:
Log in to your Onerecord account
Select the menu icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard
Select the 'Settings' button
Scroll down to your profile summary
Select the 'Edit' link
Fill in your First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Sex, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Home and Mobile Phone Numbers
Select the 'Save details' button
From here you will see your updated demographic information displayed under your Profile Summary.
