OneRecord understands that vaccination locations vary, and not all immunizations are received at healthcare facilities that can be connected to our system. Therefore, we have provided a feature that allows you to save your vaccination records directly in your OneRecord profile by allowing you to upload files containing your clinical data. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Log in to your OneRecord account.

  2. Scroll down to the 'Files' section on your dashboard page.

  3. Click on the 'Upload' icon.

  4. Choose either to drag and drop the file or select it from your device.

  5. Wait for the file to load, and click 'Done' when finished uploading files.

OneRecord supports various file types, including PDFs, images, and XML files, allowing you to store and share them with your care team. XML files can even be analyzed by OneRecord to extract medical data that can be imported into your Medical Records. It's important to note that everything you input into your OneRecord profile remains private unless you choose to share it. Our priority is to safeguard your privacy at all times.

If you don't find your doctor or hospital within our network for direct connection, you can request their inclusion within the app. Simply search for them and select the 'Request a health system' option. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@onerecord.com for assistance.
