You can create a new password for your OneRecord account by following the steps below:
Open the 'Settings' page in 'Menu'
Under 'Account' click the 'Change password' link
Enter your 'Current password'.
Enter your 'New password'
Confirm your 'New password'
Click the 'Change password' button
If you are having trouble changing your password please contact us via the "help icon" in the bottom right hand corner of the screen or email us at support@onerecord.com.
If you receive a link to change your password in error, and are concerned about the security of your account, please contact support immediately.
