​CareQuality is a national framework where members participate in the exchange of health care data on the CareQuality network to improve quality of care, to lower costs, and to positively impact health populations at a faster rate by information sharing through health information technology.

At OneRecord, we play a small piece of the network as the advocate for consumer tech and patient's right to their health care data within the network. We have been live on the network since 2017 and we are active in workgroups and governance.

Data Sharing

CareQuality data sharing means that you can opt in to sharing your data on a national network for health care providers, clinics and hospitals to pull your data out of OneRecord and into their systems so that if you walk into their ER or practice they have your historical information. At OneRecord, we automatically opted you out upon account creation so that it is your choice to participate. 

If you are interested in sharing your data with health care professionals through CareQuality then click the opt in box in your settings menu.
